ECSTATIC DANCE - A community gathering of people who allow their bodies to express themselves in a free way

Come and join us in a safe space where we invite you to let go of the mind guided by a musical journey offered by a consciously chosen DJ. In this space we get together to allow our bodies to express whatever they don't get to do on the daily... You will be guided through an opening circle and a warm up, then the DJ will take you on a musical journey where you will be brought into letting go of your mind and feeling into your body. On the dance floor we don't speak: our bodies do that. We are bare feet and we are not under the influence of any alcohol or drugs.

Our special guest DJane Wildhorsespirit will join us from Luzern! She is the founder, host and Djane for Ecstatic Dance Zentral Schweiz..

Her multifaceted background as a movement pedagogue, visual artist, and mindfulness teacher, alongside her shamanic path with the Qeros, an indigenous tribe of Peru, has fueled her passion for rituals and dance, making her dance journeys uniquely deep and transformative. Her music sets are eclectic, blending meditative sounds, medicine music, electronic rhythms, earthy tribal beats, world music, and trance-inducing peaks.

WILDHORSESPIRIT invites you on an extraordinary dance journey, guiding you from the very core of the Earth to the starlit forests of the universe, ensuring that no cell remains unchanged. “Dance is not just movement; it’s medicine, healing, and a path to joyful ecstasy.”

Wir wilkommen dir in einen sicheren Raum, in dem wir dich einladet, deine Verstand loszulassen, begleitet von einer musikalischen Reise, die von einem bewusst ausgewählten DJ angeboten wird. In diesem Raum kommen wir zusammen, um unseren Körpern zu erlauben, das auszudrücken, was sie im Alltag nicht zu tun bekommen... Du wirst durch einen Eröffnungskreis und ein Warm-up geführt, dann nimmt dich der DJ mit auf eine musikalische Reise, die dich dazu bringt, deinen Verstand loszulassen und in deinen Körper hineinzufühlen. Auf der Tanzfläche sprechen wir nicht: Das macht unser Körper. Wir sind barfuß und stehen nicht unter dem Einfluss von Alkohol oder Drogen.

Unser "Special Gast", DJane Wildhorsespirit, kommt aus Luzern zu uns! Sie ist die Gründerin, Moderatorin und Djane von Ecstatic Dance Zentral Schweiz!

Ihr vielseitiger Hintergrund als Bewegungspädagogin, bildende Künstlerin und Achtsamkeitslehrerin sowie ihr schamanischer Weg mit den Qeros, einem indigenen Stamm in Peru, haben ihre Leidenschaft für Rituale und Tanz beflügelt und machen ihre Tanzreisen einzigartig tief und transformativ. Ihre Musiksets sind eklektisch und mischen meditative Klänge, Medizinmusik, elektronische Rhythmen, erdige Stammesbeats, Weltmusik und Trance-induzierende Höhepunkte.
